What is Body Peace Running?
Welcome, welcome! If you’ve found your way here, I am thrilled you’re curious about learning more about Body Peace Running, because I think it can help you feel amazing AND achieve your goals… without counting or obsessing!
This is an idea whose time has come, and I think it’s gaining momentum: and it’s about time!
If you have spent time on the diet bandwagon- jumping from one trend to the next, hoping (and praying) this time, you’ll lose the weight, fit in the swimsuit, and finally stop the battle with your weight- then you know how miserable that journey can be.
Body peace is not about finally finding the right diet. It’s about ditching the diets altogether.
Body peace is about:
- Eating well by learning to tune into your body
- Moving for the reasons we actually love exercise: not for sculpting or shrinking, but for head-clearing, confidence discovering, and joy finding.
- Resting when it’s time to rest.
What does coaching look like?
I am a counselor by training, and an RRCA certified running coach, so coaching with me is gonna be about all the things, not just a training plan.
Let’s talk about the demands on your time.
The stressors in your life.
The relationships that are challenging, and those that bring you joy.
What you do that lights you up and makes you feel alive.
All the things that are so much more than any size or number on a scale: that’s where we’ll focus.
