Mom’s Running Club

Moms have a tendency to put everyone first, and if you’re anything like that, then you sometimes might push your own healthy and fitness to the back burner. Mom’s Running Club is a community of women who understand that struggle, and yet are striving to feel strong, confident, and connected – together!

We are:

  • Mostly online, in our private Facebook community, which means you have support and accountability 24-7!
  • In-person whenever it works! We want to encourage you to find a running buddy if you want it, but we also hold one another accountable in any way that works for our personal lifestyles, including text… sometimes even at 5:00 AM!
  • Focused on health first. This means our goals are about being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy, over focusing on things that matter less like sizes and the number on the scale.
  • A safe, non-judgmental, uplifting community.
  • A place where you can come in and out of running if you desire. Most of us came to MRC with a love of running or a desire to run, but many of us take time off from running from time to time. This may be due to injury, not enjoying super cold or hot running, or just a desire to cross train or explore other areas of fitness.
  • A place where you can ask absolutely any question and likely get a great answer! Need a quick recipe to use up those chicken breasts? Share! Curious what running bra might work best for you? Ask away! Bet you have your answer quicker than you can say “chicken tacos!”

Join our Mom’s Running Club​

In Mom’s Running Club you have incredible support from other moms, in that very special way that moms care for one another. What does that mean?  It means that you are never alone when you struggle, and a slip no longer will become a slide. Rather than having one rough day (or week, or month…) and then never getting back on track, you have a group who want to see you succeed and will notice if you don’t check in. We genuinely care about your success. And most importantly:  we understand how challenging it can be to be a busy mom, juggling all that you juggle. We get it.

So when you do struggle? We’ll be understanding.

And then:  we’ll support, encourage, and love you until you’re back on track!

We accept and love you right where you’re at… and we will encourage you to be better. None of us stop, none of us give up, until we all are living our healthiest, happiest, most connected and confident lives!
